At All In One Auto Spares, we are committed to delivering quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Products must be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
Contact our support team via info@allinoneautospares.co.ke before returning an item. Include order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Returns must be approved before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
A 10–15% restocking fee may apply on items returned without valid fault.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
A shipping label will be provided only if we are at fault.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method used at checkout (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or card).
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Partial refunds may be issued if the item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damage not caused by us.
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement if not yet processed or dispatched.
Eligible items may be exchanged for the same or another item of equal value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for fitment issues arising from inaccurate vehicle details provided by the buyer.
If we confirmed compatibility in writing and the item doesn’t fit, we will accept a return or exchange at no extra cost.
Report damaged deliveries within 48 hours with clear photos. Late reports may not qualify for a refund.
Returned items will undergo inspection. Refunds or exchanges will be approved only if the product meets return conditions.
We are not liable for return items lost in transit unless we arranged the shipping.
All refund or return requests must be accompanied by an invoice, receipt, or order number.
No refunds or exchanges on clearance or discounted products unless they are defective.
Items bought as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete set.
Pickup service may be available in major towns at a small fee. Confirm availability with our support team.
